Instructions for payment and electronic invoice issuance

General provisions

- Payment of the Charging Station Service Fee will be made prior to charging (“prepaid service”).

- You need to top up your prepaid service account on the EcoFast application. Non-cash payment methods are applied including: bank transfer, debit/credit card, e-wallet (VNPay, Momo,...). The payment currency used is Vietnamese Dong. Note: To be able to charge, your account must have a minimum of 10,000 VND (In words: ten thousand Vietnamese Dong). If during the charging process, the account does not have enough money, the system will automatically cut off the charging current.

- After successfully depositing money, you can view your account balance (my wallet) and payment transaction history (deposit) on the EcoFast app.

- Charging station service fees depend on the type of charging station you use and the charging fee applicable at the time of charging. The actual charging amount will be calculated immediately after the end of your charging session..

- At the end of each charging session, the used charging station service fee will be deducted from your account balance (VND).

Step 1

Log in to the EcoFast app

Step 2

Top up your prepaid service account by selecting the "My wallet" icon and tapping on the "Top up" Button.

Enter the amount you want to top up or choose from the available top-up denominations displayed on the app screen.
Select one of the cashless payment methods, including: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or e-wallets (VNPay, Momo, etc.).
To proceed with charging, your account must have a minimum balance of 10,000 VND (in words: ten thousand Vietnamese Dong). If your account balance is insufficient during the charging process, the system will automatically stop the charging current.
After a successful top-up, you can view your account balance (My wallet) and transaction history (top-up) on the EcoFast app.

Proceed with charging and follow the charging process on the app screen

Step 4

Stop a charging session, a summary of the session will appear on the app screen.

The service fee for the charging station will be deducted from your account balance (My wallet).
