Instructions for payment and electronic invoice issuance

- All successful payments for prepaid services will be invoiced 24/7 through the electronic invoice solution provider, Fast e-Invoice, a subsidiary of Enterprise Management Software Joint Stock Company.

- If you register to receive electronic invoices, the electronic invoice for the charging station service fee will be sent to you via the email you registered after the successful payment of the prepaid service. If you do not register to receive electronic invoices, the invoice will still be issued in the form of “Buyer did not collect invoice.”

Step 1

Log In To The App

If you are registering an account for the first time, you can enter the invoice information on the Account Registration screen and tap on the Register button.

If you have already Registered an account but have not yet provided invoice information, log in to the EcoFast app and follow the subsequent steps.

Step 2

Edit Account Information

Go to the 'More' section in the bottom right corner of the screen, select 'Personal information,' and tap on ‘Edit’

Step 3

Enter All Required Invoice Information

-For company invoices: Enter the Tax Identification Number, Company Name, Address (including House Number, Street Name, Ward/Commune, District, City/Province if applicable), and Email for receiving the invoice.
-For individual invoices: Enter the Tax Identification Number, Full Name, Address (including House Number, Street Name, Ward/Commune, District, City/Province if applicable), and Email for receiving the invoice.
Note:
-If you do not register invoice information, requests for reissuing invoices will not be accommodated.
-If you do not register invoice information, the invoice will be issued as "Buyer did not collect invoice."

Step 4

Tap Complete

The invoice information will be saved. The electronic invoice for the charging station service fee will be sent to the customer via the registered email after successful payment of the prepaid service.
