EcoFast application user guide

- Method 1: Log in using phone number
Enter the phone number and password you registered with, then tap on the "Log in" button
- Method 2: Log in using biometric authentication 
Go to the "See more" section at the bottom right corner of the screen and enable the biometric login option. 
When you open the app, the login screen will appear, and you should tap the biometric icon        next to the login button. Then, position your phone's screen in front of your face for an easy login.

Home: QR Code Scanning icon and Notification History at the top right corner of the screen, monitoring screen for vehicle and charging station connection progress, and charging station suggestions.
History: Charging history, transaction history.
My wallet: Current balance (VND), top-up, transaction chart by week, month, and year.

Tap on the "See more" option for charging station suggestions on the Home screen. A list of charging stations near your car will be displayed, or you can type the charging station you're looking for in the Search box.

Select a suitable charging station.

Tap on the "Get directions" button to display a map with directions to the charging station.

Note: Each charging station will show information such as the distance to the station, the number of available charging guns, the pricing, and the charging power.

- Top up your prepaid service balance by selecting the 'My wallet' icon and tapping on the 'Top up' button.

- Enter the amount you want to top up or choose from the available top-up denominations displayed on the app screen.

- Select one of the cashless payment methods, including bank transfer, debit/credit card, or e-wallets (VNPay, Momo, etc.).

- To proceed with charging, your account must have a minimum balance of 10,000 VND (Ten thousand Vietnamese Dong). If your account balance is insufficient during the charging process, the system will automatically cut off the charging current.

- After a successful top-up, you can view your account balance (My wallet) and payment transaction history (top-ups) on the EcoFast app. 

- If you have registered to receive electronic invoices, the electronic invoice for the charging station service fee will be sent to the email you provided after a successful prepaid service payment. If you have not registered to receive electronic invoices, the invoice will be issued as 'Buyer did not request an invoice'.

Select the QR code scanning icon on the app screen and scan the QR code for the first charging session to connect car with the charging station.

For subsequent sessions, when you plug in the charging gun, the vehicle will automatically link without needing to scan the QR code again.

You can follow detailed charging information such as battery percentage (%), time, power, and charging cost, among others, on the app screen.

Tap on the "Stop" button on the charging station screen, the vehicle screen, or on your phone to terminate the charging session when the vehicle is fully charged or according to your charging needs.

You will receive a summary of the charging session on the app screen, including information such as: date, start time, end time, starting battery percentage, ending battery percentage, total duration, total kWh, time frame, unit price, quantity, amount, subtotal before tax, VAT percentage, VAT amount, total amount, and remaining balance.

The service fee for the charging station used will be deducted from your account balance (My wallet).

Note: The system automatically disconnects the charging current when the battery is fully charged. However, the connection signal between car and the charging station remains. If the charging session is not ended and the user does not leave the charging spot within 16 minutes after the battery is fully charged, the system will start calculating an overtime charging fee (1,000 VND per minute, including VAT).

Select the History section to view Charging history and Transaction history.

 
Charging history: Displays a list of completed charging sessions, and you can view the details of each individual charging transaction.

View account information: Select More' in the bottom right corner of the app screen, then tap on 'Account information' to view details such as phone number, first and last name, email, birthday, invoice information if available (tax ID, company name, address), and profile picture.

Update account information: Select 'Personal information’, tap on 'Edit,' enter the details you want to update, and then tap on the 'Save' button to complete the process.

Change the password: Select 'Change the assword,' enter your 'Old password,' 'New password,' and 'Confirm new password,' then tap on the 'Change' button to complete the process.

 

View linked vehicles list: Select 'More' in the bottom right corner of the app screen, then tap on 'Manage linked vehicles' to view the list of vehicles linked to the EcoFast charging pillar.

Change linked vehicle information: After the 'Linked vehicles list' screen appears, you can select the 'Edit' icon to update the vehicle name, set automatic charging by battery percentage (%), and adjust the top-up amount. Then, tap on the 'Save' button to complete the process.

Select 'More' in the bottom right corner of the app screen, then tap 'Report an problem.' Enter incident details you encountered and tap on the 'Send report' button.
